He gave me all the info on shipping and payment options, then sent me the links to confirm I was picking the right items. In the end, he sorted out the payment and shipping for me. Give that guy double the stars! RugPal's customer service is top-notch. This whole experience exceeded my expectations.

The website is super easy to navigate. I ran into some trouble with a coupon not working, so I shot them an email after hours. They sorted it out and got back to me in no time. I’d definitely shop here again. The rugs came just like they appeared online, and I absolutely adore them!!

Let’s start with the positives...navigating the site was a breeze and the variety was solid. The item matched the description perfectly. However, shipping took its sweet time. Be careful not to tick the box that says you don’t need a signature for FedEx to drop off your package; if they mess up and deliver it to the wrong address, you’re pretty much out of luck. The Rugpal representative didn’t show much sympathy and had a vibe of 'not our issue.' Sure, it was FedEx’s error, but I wasn’t a fan of the attitude. Just a heads up to avoid making the same mistake.

The follow-up after placing my order could use some improvement. I can't really comment on the product quality since it hasn't shown up yet, but I didn't get any updates after I ordered. No confirmation or anything until today when I finally got a tracking number after the item was shipped.

I really liked the big rug I got, so I went ahead and bought a smaller one to match for a different spot. But after placing the large rug in front of my couch and under the coffee table, it's already starting to get a bit fuzzy in the high-traffic area. The color and size are great, but I'm feeling let down now.

I recently picked up my first rug from RugPal. Honestly, I hadn’t heard of them before, but I stumbled upon a rug I really liked online. Not only did they match a competitor’s price, but their customer service was top-notch right from the start. Before I went ahead with the 9x12 size I needed, they suggested I try the smaller size first to check if I liked the color. This way, I wouldn’t have to pay a hefty return shipping fee. After receiving the 2x3 and realizing the color was just right, I went ahead and ordered the 9x12. When they noticed I had ordered the bigger rug, they shot me an email saying not to stress about sending back the 2x3 - I could keep it, and they wouldn’t charge me for it. The first 9x12 I received had a snag and was defective. I sent it back, and even before they got the damaged one, they had already sent me a replacement. RugPal is super easy to deal with and provides fantastic customer service! I can’t recommend them enough and will definitely shop with them again.

I ordered a rug and got an email three days later saying, "Oops, we don't have the rug - sorry." Then they tell me a refund will hit my credit card in 3-5 days. So, Rug Pal is using my cash for free for 6-8 days after selling me something they don’t even have. This company feels like a total scam to me. Be careful!!

I reached out to the customer service team with a few inquiries, and the representative was fantastic. They followed up with me regarding my questions. In the end, I decided to purchase 2 big rugs.
